Hello from the village of Iltaqui in the mountains of Ecuador! We were here for 3 days and loved it! The food was super fresh and tasty, and soup was one of the favorites here. We started our main project, building a canal to help keep the main road safe. We also begun teaching the local children English! We have taught them a host of things ranging from body parts to the days of the week. We are very excited to continue our journey through Ecuador and its rich culture!
